Purchase a Package

Purchase a TCWR Lodging package as you book your room reservation.

If you have already booked a room, you can add on a package by calling (479) 253-5841.

Birthday packages must be purchased at least 7 days in advance.

A Few Things to Know About Your Package:

  • Packages must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance. Birthday packages require a minimum of 7 days’ notice.
  • When adding a package, be sure to document your selections in the notes field at the time of purchase — this is especially important for movie choices, as we cannot guarantee placement in your suite if choices aren’t listed upfront.
  • Items may vary depending on availability. Substitutions may be made for any out-of-stock items.
  • You will receive the value of your package upon arrival.
  • Baskets are not included in packages. If you’d like a basket, there is an additional charge of $20.00.
  • If your package includes a birthday cake, you’ll receive a follow-up email to select your cake flavor and drink choice. Feel free to add the birthday person’s name and age in the notes — we’d love to help make their day extra special!
